Joke Shop 'Fake Jammy Dodger' Canapé
The Iconic Joke Shop ‘fake biscuit’ packaging, reimagined as a service tray. Featuring a Selfridge shopper (complete with the signature bag), serving ‘biscuits’: Shaoxing and miso mushroom parfait, rice vinegar pickled shallot, beetroot and kaffir jam on a pink pepper biscuit

Itching Powder & Edible Soap
1. A liquorice cocktail inspired by Disappearing Ink, served in custom illustrated glasses referencing old ink bottles and featuring a 'Selfridges staff' portrait. 2. Soap bar with foam served with a hot towel: White chocolate covered rhubarb & custard dessert with citrus foam.
